Cancer is an uncontrolled growth of cancer cells in the body. The body has major and minor elimination channels such as the bowels and the kidneys. It normally can eliminate waste and protect itself from any and all diseases from flu to cancer. A body with no toxic accumulation has immunity against all disease. When the body is overloaded with toxins (organic and inorganic) for an extended period of time, waste begins to accumulate. This excess waste begins to be deposited in the vulnerable soft tissue areas in the body that eventually form abnormal growth such as cysts and tumors. The most susceptible organs are the breasts, ovaries, colon, brain, pancreas, prostate, bones and liver. When toxic waste stagnates in these areas for years it begins to fester. This is cancer. With every  organ we get a corresponding case of cancer: breast cancer, colon cancer, a brain tumor, prostate cancer, pancreatic cancer, bone cancer. Excess protein, fatty foods and sugars are the prime causes of excess waste and discharge exhaustion which lead to toxic build up in the body leading to cancer. When this is combined with inorganic toxic chemical substances lodged in the body they form a deadly combination. These chemical substances come primarily from drugs, preservatives and colorings found in foods and often in the drinking water. Excess animal protein and animal products (yang) usually lead to colon, prostate and breast and cancer. Excess sugar and chemical build up in the body (yin) usually leads to pancreatic cancer.

Traditional medicine therapies for cancer including radiation, chemical drugs and chemotherapy all have severe immediate and long term side effects and do not offer a real cure.

Depending on the organ in which the cancer initially developed, we can classify the cancer to be YIN (expansive and spreads quickly) or YANG (contractive and does not spread quickly). For example, colon cancer is YANG. The colon itself is a YIN organ (hollow) and excess meat and cheese and constipation can lead to colon cancer. Yin organs in the body are antagonized by excess of YANG foods and vice versa. The Pancreas is a strong YANG organ (solid) and pancreatic cancer is extreme YIN caused by excess sugar, sweets and more importantly by consuming pain killers like Aspirin (YIN) and other dilators (YIN) for an extended period of time.

Breast cancer, the biggest killer of women among all cancers, exists where high saturated-fat consumption is present. It is relatively uncommon among American women of Puerto-Rican decent whose diet contains little saturated fats and cholesterol.

Food is best medicine. With a carefully designed diet plan for cancer, there is really no need for vitamin and mineral supplements. Some vitamin and mineral supplements can have adverse side effects on a cancer patient when taken randomly or in large doses.  For example, pancreatic cancer YIN would get worse with vitamin C supplements, also YIN. However, if they are desired, only natural food-based supplements should be selected carefully and taken in moderate amounts. Patients with a stage 3 or 4 of cancer should avoid taking supplements of any kind. And beware of alleged miracle cures in far away lands.
