Gout is a form of
arthritis
characterized by acute attacks of joint pain, redness and
swelling. Men are more likely to develop gout. Gout usually
affects the large joint of the big toe, but it can occur in
feet, ankles, knees, hands and wrists. Gout is associated with a
lingering discomfort that can last from a few days to a few
weeks. Subsequent gout attacks usually last longer and affect
more joints. The affected joints become swollen, tender and red.
Gout occurs when urea crystals accumulate around joints, causing
inflammation and intense pain that characterize gout attacks. Urea
crystals form from high levels of
uric acid in the blood when
the kidneys do not excrete it, causing this
uric acid to
crystallize and gradually build up around the joints.
Food is best natural treatment. Foods affect gout positively
or adversely depending on their type. Foods that restore natural
balance cure gout naturally without
side effects.
Gout is
expansive, and expansive foods (Sugar, lettuce,
sweets, some fruit and
vitamin C,
etc.) will make gout worse. Foods that cause contraction will naturally cure
gout.
With the right diet, gout can be cured completely.
It
takes from several weeks to several months to cure gout
depending on its severity.

gout, there is no need for
