working with a team of dedicated assistants in Egypt
and throughout the middle east (Kuwait,
Dubai-UAE, Jeddah-Saudi Arabia, Amman-Jordan, Doha-Qatar,

in need of these sciences about health, happiness and peace more
than any other region in the world.

in Norman, Oklahoma, USA.
After graduation,
Raed lived in Boston, Massachusetts, USA for over a decade where

the principles of alternative and oriental
medicine and macrobiotics at the Kushi Institute in Becket,
Massachusetts.
Raed has provided nutrition consultations for thousands of
patients from more than 45 countries, teaching them what to eat and what not to eat to get
an effective, safe and inexpensive cure of many so called
incurable diseases including
HIV AIDS,
Herpes,
Hepatitis B and C,
psoriasis and many so called auto-immune diseases such as
Behcets
disease and
arthritis.
Raed lectures throughout the middle east on health and nutrition
and has authored many articles and two books on using food as a
natural treatment and effective lasting cure. The books are titled:
Food is
medicine and
Your kitchen is your
pharmacy.

Macrobiotics or not? |
|
We do not always use the term
macrobiotics when we talk about
food, natural treatment and healing. Healthy foods cure whether
it is called macrobiotics or anything else,
The truth is one. The sages speak of it by many names
We have always tried to provide a practical, reasonable and
scientific approach to natural healing, alternative medicine and
macrobiotics. Not an emotional and vaguely mystical
one. We have also rejected the idea that
macrobiotics means
necessarily eating Japanese foods like miso, umeboshi or kuzu.
True macrobiotics is the natural laws of the universe around us
and not exotic eating and cooking methods.
