Seven Heavens

I am a nutrition consultant. Most people who come to me for advice have a specific illness and want to
learn how to cure it with properly selected foods. They want to know which foods
to avoid and which foods to eat in their current health condition.
I offer each of my clients a diet plan that suits their health condition. People
come to me personally or through the internet. We have had patients from 32
different countries. I also lecture on health, macrobiotics and nutrition. I have authored
two
books (food is medicine, your kitchen is your pharmacy) and about 10 articles on this subject. I have made numerous TV appearances
on 4 satellite channels and was recently featured in a 13-part television
program called food is medicine. I am also featured in a health and
macrobiotic web site in England,
http://www.macrobiotics.co.uk
(at the main page click on news or special features)
I do not
always use the term macrobiotics when I talk about food and medicine and, more
importantly, I do not consider myself a follower of any one person or any one
creed. As is
mentioned in some Hindu literature:
"The truth is one. The sages speak of
it by many names"
I have always tried to provide a
practical scientific approach to macrobiotics, rather than an emotional or
vaguely mystical one. I have also avoided the idea that macrobiotics means
necessarily eating Japanese foods like miso, umeboshi or kuzu. These foods are
too strange and too expensive to most suffering local patients.
Many severe illnesses like
tuberculosis, gangrene, typhoid, ulcerative colitis and many forms of cancer
have been cured using carefully selected, simple, inexpensive local macrobiotic
foods. I do not like to say that “I cured these patients”. Proper foods
cured them. I only pointed the way.
Lastly, many people tried
macrobiotics but abandoned it because they did not get quick positive results.
My experience tells me that these people did not get good results because they
started with the wrong foods. Example: if a tuberculosis patient starts with
pumpkins, brown rice and barley miso (all considered good macrobiotic foods) his
condition will definitely get worse not better. TB is an extremely yin illness
and none of these foods is yang. It is the same with all illnesses. Each health
condition requires a specific diet to eliminate the current illness.
The standard macrobiotic diet is general and not for everyone. Your own health
condition might require you to make more research, or seek professional
guidance like the people who come to me, into what foods are currently right for you.
Example: if you have Multiple sclerosis,
some forms of cancer, an allergy, gangrene or GI disturbance some of the foods
in the standard macrobiotic diet might be harmful for you.
When my own health broke down
about 10 years ago I tried orthodox medicine. I was greatly
disappointed. I began searching for alternatives and found a wealth of
information in macrobiotics and other "food is best medicine"
approaches. I was also surprised to find out that there has been a
multitude of people who have gone down this road including world
renowned doctors like Henry G. Bieler, Herbert Ratner, Oliver Wendel Holmes, and Bernard
Jensen.
The thousands of people who have visited my macrobiotic consultation
place in Damascus and Dubai (and via the the internet) over the last few years have had remarkable results in using macrobiotics and natural cure
principles as a remedy for the following illnesses: Mal-absorption Diabetes
Cancer Obesity Ulcers Polio Asthma Cholesterol Triglycerides Sterility
Coronary blockage Psoriasis Hypertension High blood pressure Arthritis
Hyperthyroid Hypothyroid Gallbladder stones Kidney stones Ulcerative colitis
Hepatitis Constipation Multiple sclerosis Migraines Liver cirrhosis Breast
cancer Gangrene Tuberculosis Leukemia Weight loss Acne Typhoid Lymphoma
Lupus Varicose veins Eczema Osteoporosis Ovarian cysts Crohn’s disease Aids
Meningitis Chlamydia Anemia Pneumonia Epilepsy. This can only be a proof
that food really is your best medicine.
